Returns Policy 

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The painting must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or alterations.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Before returning a painting, please contact our customer service team at j.hawkshaw@hotmail.co.uk to initiate the return process.

  • Packing: Repack the painting securely in the original packaging, including all protective materials and documentation.

  • Shipping: Ship the painting to the return address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned painting, we will inspect it for condition. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • Refund Process: After inspection, if the painting is in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Partial Refunds: In cases where the painting is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a painting, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired painting.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or commissioned paintings are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with photographs of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and will cover all return shipping costs. You may choose a full refund or a replacement if available.

International Returns

  • For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes.
